STRIKER Andy Nicol has announced he will depart Bromsgrove Sporting and revealed he has a ‘few of offers’ on the table for the 2017/18 campaign.
The 29-year-old scored 13 goals in 25 appearances – 15 of those coming from the bench – during his spell at the Victoria Ground to help the Rouslers secure the Midland League Division One crown as ‘Invincibles’.
Nicol took to Twitter this afternoon (Monday) to announce his departure and expressed his thanks to his team-mates and management at Sporting for an ‘unforgettable experience’.
He also praised the fans for making him feel welcome and told the Standard a few sides had given him offers for next season.
However, no deal for the former Alvechurch and Fairfield Villa forward has been confirmed yet.
