CAR OWNERS in Bromsgrove are being warned to be on their guard after several incidents of suspicious behaviour where people have been seen checking out vehicles.

The latest one happened at 11pm last night (Friday) in Fiery Hill Road and Oakdene Road in Barnt Green. On that occasion, two men were walking up and down driveways. Police officers patrolled the area in response to calls about it.

A similar thing also happened on The Oakalls last night where a man was seen walking up and down driveways.

And on Wednesday there were some suspicious vehicles seen hanging around Reservoir Road, Cofton Hackett early in the morning.

During those incidents – at 7am – suspects were watching residents defrost their vehicles.

A red Transit van and a white Transit van were seen at the time.

Police have warned residents to ensure they lock their cars, that no valuables are left on display and to report any suspicious incidents by calling 101.
