A MEMORIAL service will take place this weekend for community-minded Bromsgrove man Ivor Stephenson.
The special service for Ivor, who passed away on June 6, will be held at 2pm on Sunday (July 24) at St Andrew’s Church, Barnt Green.
Ivor was well known for his work for the Primrose Hospice and for starting the town’s twinning association.
He was also chief executive of the Bromsgrove and Redditch District Health Authority when the Princess of Wales Community Hospital opened in 1992.
Everyone who knew Ivor is welcome to the service on Sunday.
