A BROMSGROVE family business has installed vital life-saving equipment on the side of its building after working with The Charlotte and Craig Saving Hearts Foundation.
Focal Image decided the community around its base in Sidemoor was in need of a defibrillator after the business’ owners lost a family friend who could have potentially been saved by the equipment.
The family decided to do all they could to ensure people living and working in the surrounding area were guarded against similar situations in the future.
Director Colin Fry approached Rob and Maggie from CCSHF about installing a defibrillator and a lock box outside the store so it would be available 24/7.
Focal Image also held a free CPR and defibrillator training session at Newsong Community Church.
Staff will check the equipment daily to ensure it is maintained.
Mr Fry said: “We want to thank CCSHF for everything they do for the communities around Bromsgrove and Redditch and hope to continue supporting the charity in future endeavours.”
