A BROMSGROVE girl was left terrified after opening the door to her back garden to let her dog out and finding a man there wearing an alien mask and holding a pole with spikes on the end.
The incident, involving the ten-year-old, happened in Laburnum Grove in Sidemoor about 10.30pm on Tuesday night.
Speaking to The Standard her grandmother, who does not wish to be named, said the man was wearing a red or orange top which had large yellow circles or spots on the front.
The mask the man was wearing was green ‘alien style’ with yellow hair coming out the top of it.
Her grandmother said the girl had told them afterwards she had seen the same man the night before crouching in a hedge in the back garden before he stood up and said ‘boo’.
West Mercia Police confirmed they were called to Laburnum Grove on Tuesday and investigations into the ‘suspicious circumstances’ were ongoing.
