Bargains galore at Christmas craft fair in Blackwell

THERE will be plenty of pre-Christmas bargains on offer in Blackwell when the village holds its 32nd annual craft fair at the Methodist Church Hall in Greenhill.

It takes place between 10am and 4pm On Sunday (November 16) and will feature a variety of handmade goods.

Among them will be pottery, tea cup candles, textile pictures, items created through woodturning, handmade cards, Christmas gift boxes and decorations, knitted toys, watercolour pictures of local scenes, other artwork, calendars, bags and much more.

The proceeds will be used to support next year’s Blackwell Festival on June 20 at the Recreation Ground.




Entry to the Fair is 50p and children are free.

A free cup of Fairtrade tea or coffee and biscuits will be served.
