BROMSGROVE firefighters proved their expertise was not just battling blazes when they freed a four-legged friend trapped in a cage at a dog groomer’s premises.
The crew were called to the business in Catshill at 11.55am and used small tools to lever open the cage.
They posted on Twitter they were able to hand the pet back to the ‘very relieved dog groomer’.
