Sheep killed and skinned in Rednal by meat thieves

Bromsgrove Editorial 7th May, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

THE OWNERS of a sheep have been left shocked by thieves who climbed over a gate to get into the field of a small-holding, took the animal to a barn before killing it, skinning it and stealing the meat.

They left the remains of the sheep’s body behind after the incident, which happened between 8.30pm on Saturday (May 3) and 5.45pm on Sunday (May 4) on land off Redhill Lane, Rednal.

The sheep was tame and the attack has left the owners very upset.

Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
