Catshill burglars disturbed by resident during break-in

RESIDENTS in Catshill were disturbed last night (Tuesday) by intruders who had broken into their home.

The incident happened at 7.40pm, on Barley Mow Lane, when the occupant heard a noise and saw the person inside the their property holding a torch. The man had forced his way in through the back door.

He  left through the back garden without taking any belongings after they were confronted by the victim.

The burglar was a white male believed to be in his 20s, of a chubby build, about 5 ft 6ins and was wearing a woolly hat.
