A SUSPECTED fire at Aston Fields Middle School was down to a faulty alarm.
The Standard was contacted by a number of residents through Facebook asking about an incident at the school and questioning whether it would be open today (Monday).
But the school confirmed there was no fire at the school over the weekend and it is open as usual.
