RESIDENTS having a spring clean are being urged to donate any unwanted items to Acorns Children’s Hospice.
Webbs Garden Centre is holding its latest ‘Donate, Don’t Dump Day’ on Thursday (May 12).
Customers can go along to the store in Wychbold between 10am and 5pm that day with at least one quality item they are happy to give away.
They can be dropped off at a collection area in Webbs’ car park.
All donations will then be delivered to Acorns for sorting and selling in their charity shops.
Mandie Fitzgerald, community fund-raising manager at Acorns, said the charity was grateful to Webbs for its support over the years.
It costs £9million-a-year for Acorns to provide the services it does.
