A DOSE of therapeutic laughter is on offer at Artrix’s Barnstormers Comedy night tomorrow (Saturday).
Three top performers – Canadian comic Allyson June Smith, Marc Lucero and wizard of the one-liners Noel James – will take to the stage at 8pm.
Former school teacher and multiple award winner Allyson has been tickling Canadian funnybones since 2000, performing to packed crowds.
She has now brought her sassy blend of in-your-face stand-up and hilariously insightful commentary to the UK.
Marc Lucero has true comic instincts and high-quality material that, with his inventive gags, would shame many other acts.
Ending the night with a bang will be Noel, who has been praised for brilliantly liberating the lunatic side of his audience’s personalities.
He has performed throughout the UK, including at the Glastonbury, Reading and Edinburgh festivals.
Noel is highly original, surreal, bizarre and a completely absurd act.
The show has been recommended for ages 18 and over as it contains adult themes and language.
