BEAUTIFUL blooms impressed all at this year’s Chrysanthemum Show held at Burcot Garden Centre.
Nine contestants showed off their hard work with more than 100 flowers grown to perfection and displayed wonderfully across 25 vases.
The event, which has been held for almost 70 years, was organised by the Shirley Chrysanthemum Society.
John Rogers, the society’s treasurer, said: “The show went down very well, there was quite a number of visitors at the garden centre.
“We would like to thank the proprietors for their hospitality and assistance.”
