LODGE PARK claimed their first win in the Redditch & South Warwickshire Combination Premier Division at the 12th attempt after edging past Millfield Rovers 5-4.

Terry Nolan starred for Park, netting a hat-trick, with Darrel King and Peter Murphy rounding off a much-needed victory for the basement side.

Chris Lowe, Neil Dews, Shane Smith and David Cummings got on the scoresheet for Rovers.

Austin Ex Apprentices remain hot on the heels of league leaders OKH Sporting Dynamo after romping to a more than comfortable 5-1 victory away at lowly South Redditch thanks to a hat-trick from Stuart Butcher and brace from Andy Nicol.

Garry Harvey netted Redditch’s consolation.

In Division One, Coldstream claimed a 6-3 home victory over Redditch Town with Jake Botton and Adam Doupe starring as the pair each bagged a hat-trick.

Two goals from Chris Adams and one from Dan Wirges completed Town’s tally.

Elsewhere, New Woodland Cottage enjoyed a 2-0 victory over Beoley Village.

OKH Sporting Dynamo reached the final of the BSA Cup after they claimed a 3-1 victory over fellow Premier Division side Rubery Bridge.

After already reaching the Keith Turner Cup final, a first half goal from Sam Wills for Dynamo sent them on their way.

Rubery started the second half much better, dominating the possession, and their pressure paid off as they were awarded a penalty.

The penalty was missed and Bromsgrove Sporting winger Reece Hewitt went up the other end to put Dynamo 2-0 up.

Despite going 2-0 down, Rubery battled on and forced themselves back into the game through Adam Pearshouse but Hewitt added a second to secure Dynamo’s place in the final.

In the other cup game of the weekend, Black Horse were dumped out of the Sunday National Cup by Barnes FC who claimed a narrow 1-0 victory.
