THE YOUNG team behind a specially-designed electric racing car met their key sponsors.
The group from South Bromsgrove High School who compete in the F24 Greenpower racing series offered sponsors the opportunity to view this year’s car.
Sponsors include Coun Anthony Blagg, who donated part of his divisional fund to the project, Jason Oakley from USN Europe, the AA and the school’s governing body.
Student George Watkins said: “The opportunity to build our own car and fight for the lead is really exciting and we are very grateful to the sponsors.”
Coun Anthony Blagg added: “I was very proud to sponsor this team as it gives them useful skills for their future lives and will benefit the whole community.”
