Woman banned from shops across Worcestershire following countless thefts

A WORCESTERSHIRE woman has been been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and is prevented from entering a host of shops across Worcestershire.

Kirsty Gordani, 35, from Avon Road, Worcester,was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison on February 16 for the theft from a Droitwich shop and received the CBO at Worcestershire Magistrates Court on March 15.

The CBO was issued for three years and will prevent her causing any further issues at shops across Worcestershire.

It will come into place when she is released from prison and she will be arrested if she does not abide by the conditions of the order.




The conditions will see Gordani banned from entering any retail premises within Droitwich, any Co-op store, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Boots, ASDA or Sainsburys within the county of Worcestershire, Carpet Trades Way in Kidderminster and Malvern’s Retail Park on Roman Way.

She is also prevented from behaving in a manner that causes alarm, harassment or distress.
