BROMSGROVE residents have been warned to be on their guard against burglaries after two took place in the town in a few days.

Raiders forced their way into a home on Rock Hill, between 4.30pm and 7.45pm on October 8, and stole a number of items including a PS3 Playstation, an Xbox, two Dell laptops and a small safe containing personal identification documents.

Intruders also gained access to a home on Newton Road and took a Samsung Galaxy Tablet two.

It is believed the buglers gained access to the unlocked property between 11pm on October 13 and 8.15am on October 14.

West Mercia Police are reminding residents to make sure their homes and outbuildings are secure by shutting and locking doors and windows.

Anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
