BROMSGROVE jeweller Cupitt is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year wants residents who are also reaching the marvellous milestone in June to get in touch to join the celebration.

Those born in June 1946 also share their birthday with musician Noddy Holder and Scottish actor Brian Cox.

To put themselves forward they need to pop into the shop in The Strand and they will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a platinum £70 voucher to spend at the jeweller’s.

Proof of date of birth is needed and anyone who registers between now and June 30 will receive a miniature chocolate champagne bottle as a special birthday gift.

The family-run Cupitt Jeweller was established by Claude Cupitt in 1946.

Asa Cupitt took over the running of the business in 2013 following the sad death of her husband Simon, a third generation jeweller.
