YOUNGSTERS from Dodford First School learned about healthy eating and raised funds for a good cause at the same time.
The pupils combined their Healthy Eating Week with a Den Day for Save the Children, collecting cash for youngsters less fortunate.
All three classes had a different theme for their den – reception built a castle, year one and two built a Sukkah (a Jewish living roof shelter) and years three and four made teepees you would find in the Amazon.
All three classes also created healthy picnics of fruit, vegetables and bread to enjoy in their shelters.
