A CHARITY workout morning will be held in Bromsgrove to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer.

It will take place at the Athletic Performance Training (APT) centre, Stourbridge Road, Fairfield, between 10am and midday next Saturday (November 15).

It has been organised by APT creator Mark Lammas who has planned a two-hour workout.

That will encompass eight mini 15-minute sessions, with every one being different but all-inclusive.

Mark said: “We are hoping that the good people of Bromsgrove come to join in and support the event to raise funds for both Birmingham Children’s Hospital and also Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer.

“We will not be charging or asking for sponsorship to join us on the day but are asking for donations and participation.”

It is open to everyone and suitable for all ages. Email Mark at [email protected] for more information.
