Campaigners take to street to rally support to save NHS

Bromsgrove Editorial 26th Feb, 2015 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

CAMPAIGNERS will take to the streets of Bromsgrove tomorrow (Saturday) to urge people to back their efforts to save the NHS.

Members of the 38 Degrees campaign group will be gathering signatures for their petition outside the Housman Statue from 11am to 1pm.

The petition will be sent to all candidates standing for the Bromsgrove Parliamentary seat at May’s general election and asks them to commit to protecting the NHS from privatisation, ensure it has the funding it needs, to keep the health service out of the TTIP trade deal with the US.
