MORE than 160 youngsters had an egg-citing time at an Easter party held at The Court Leet pub, Worcester Road.
The children got to make Easter bonnets, took part in a bonnet parade around the room and made Easter baskets with chicks and chocolate eggs in them.
There was also face painting, hook-a-duck, a babies play area, colouring in Easter pictures and a treasure hunt where the children and families given a sheet of paper with questions on and had to go around the room to find the answers.
The party was run by Early Help staff, volunteers and mini volunteers and Easter eggs were donated by a local company.
Every child who went along received an Easter egg.
A spokesperson for the Early Help team said: “It was very busy and there was a fabulous atmosphere.”
