ARTRIX is hosting a compelling exhibition of competition works submitted by members of the Bromsgrove Photographic Society.
The exhibition, which continues until October 25 becomes a positive platform for entrants, including winner, Jan Harris, who achieved top marks for her image, entitled, ‘Diversity.’
Judges included London Salon of Photography chairman, David Lowe, North Bromsgrove High School’s Peter Lopeman and Arts Society chair Tony Turpin.
Sixty prints, including 37 framed images were selected from a total of 200 entrants.
Now in its 65th year, the Bromsgrove Photographic Society has witnessed a surge in membership, attracting more than 80 members that meet every Tuesday at the Avoncroft Arts Centre.
The society provides a series of courses covering the basics of digital photography and computer work.
