A BROMSGROVE man has appeared at Redditch Magistrates Court after being charged with sexual offences.
Mark Clive Smith, 52, of Crossley Walk, Charford, pleaded not guilty two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 15 – one through touching her private parts and the other through biting her bottom.
He also denied three counts of taking an indecent photograph of a child and one of possessing an indecent photograph of a child.
He was released on bail and is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on October 9.
