COUPLES wanting to share a romantic moment this Valentine’s Day can renew their wedding vows at a special cathedral at Worcester Cathedral at 6.30pm this Sunday (February 14).
The service has been organised by three curates from parishes around the Diocese who have designed a simple event with a couple of hymns which can be enjoyed by everyone.
Sam Setchell from the Diocese of Worcester said: “Whether or not you were originally married in church, and whether you’ve married recently or are celebrating a special anniversary, you are welcome to come and renew your vows in the cathedral, remembering the promises you made to each other.
“It’s a great way to start the celebrations of St. Valentine’s Day.”
