AN ANIMAL event day at the Jinny Ring has raised a fantastic £4,900 for national charity The Cinnamon Trust.
Janet Morgan, who organised Animals R Magic at the craft centre, said she would like to thank those who supported them and helped raise money for the cause, which specialises in caring for animals of the elderly and terminally ill.
The dogs took centre stage, with an agility show, a search and rescue demo and a fun dog show.
Visitors were also treated to donkey rides, ferret racing, a meet-and-greet with Jasper the pony and even a chance for a selfie with a lovely llama and an alpaca.
Several other charities took part, including Fresh Start For Hens and Midlands Bird of Prey Rescue, who each brought along some feathered friends to help raise awareness.
Janet said Animals R Magic was in its fourth consecutive year and as visitors came from far and wide was an overwhelming success.
