Rubery florist appeals for helping hand after fire

Bromsgrove Editorial 4th Nov, 2016   0

A RUBERY florist is appealing for help after the building she trades from was nearly destroyed in a fire last month.

Amy Joynes works in the Fathers Barn arcade in New Road, which went up in flames on October 13.

She is asking if local businesses could help her and the others affected by loaning them a temporary portable toilet to be used on the site.

She said: “We had a huge fire a couple of weeks ago and it literally gutted the building.

“This leaves us with no toilet facilities for the businesses on the site.

“In times like this we would be so grateful of any assistance. ”

Amy asked anyone able to help her and the other businesses to contact landlord Ian Robinson on 07779 301879.
