A FABULOUSLY festive craft fair will take place at St Chad’s Church in Rubery from 10am to 2pm next Saturday, November 29.

The event will be full of hand-made goodies with more stalls than ever.

Visitors will be able to pick up unique gifts and special cards for friends, family and loved ones.

Among the items on offer will be a variety of cards, jewellery, cakes, sewn items, wax melts, woodcraft, Christmas decorations, bags, toys and more.

There will also be refreshments throughout the day.

And there will be stalls selling baked goods, produced by the team at St Chad’s, stalls catering for children, a craft table offering ‘make and take’ activities and a tombola.

Rev Claire Turner from St Chad’s Church said: “We will also be selling our legendary samosas over lunchtime and, last but by no means least, our raffle will feature a brilliant selection of prizes including hampers and vouchers.”

All cash raised at the craft fair will go towards supporting the church’s ongoing work and helping maintain this much-loved building for future generations.

The event takes place on the same day as the Rubery Christmas lights switch-on – click here for all you need to know on that event.
