A NEW food market in Bromsgrove being launched by Fairfield Village Community Association (FVCA) will enable people to buy directly from producers.
Foodie Fairfield will have stalls showcasing a wide range of items from savory pies to jams and cakes.
FVCA spokesperson, Robert Garvin, said people were keen to support the area’s small businesses and the event would enable them to buy from local farmers and artisans, reducing food miles in the process.
The event will take place on the first Saturday morning of each month at Fairfield Village Hall with the first one between 9am and midday next Saturday, September 3.
