A HEARTWARMING community project is bringing together Bromsgrove and Redditch Soroptimists, friends and talented local crafters to provide comfort and companionship to children experiencing homelessness.
The Soroptimists have teamed up with the Crafty Thursday Group at Headless Cross, whose dedicated members have been busy knitting handmade teddy bears.
Each teddy will be placed into a backpack provided by The Buddy Bags Foundation, helping to ensure children facing difficult and uncertain circumstances receive not only practical essentials but also a special handmade companion of their own.
For a child experiencing homelessness or suddenly leaving an unstable home environment, a small gesture of kindness can make a meaningful difference.
