NOMINATIONS are now open for the annual Visit Herefordshire and Visit Worcestershire tourism awards.
People have until 3pm next Friday, June 22, to put forward local businesses they feel are deserving of an accolade.
Among the categories are Best Conference Venue, Best Drinks Producer, Best Eating Out, Best Festivals and Events, Best Food Producer, Best Guest Accommodation, Best Hotel, Best Self Catering and Best Sustainable Business.
There is also Best Touring, Camping and Holiday Park, Best Tourism Pub and Best Visitor Attraction.
Speaking at the event last year, Mr Challis said: “It’s been a great honour to help present the Visit Herefordshire and Visit Worcestershire Tourism Awards for Excellence.
“It is brilliant to see so many people who have done so much to help tourism in both the counties.”

Finalists will be invited to an exclusive awards ceremony on September 11 at the Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf, where the winners, highly
commended and commended will be announced.
