Drawing Workshops with top children’s author Nick Sharratt

Acclaimed children’s author Nick Sharratt makes a welcome return to Bromsgrove’s Artrix over half-term to teach youngsters how to draw his famous characters, including Tracy Beaker and Timothy Pope, along with all kinds of crazy creatures.

Nick, well-known for writing Shark in the Park, The Witch’s Kitchen and a host of other much-loved titles, will share his best drawing tips at the School Drive venue during the 75-minute session at 2pm on October 31.

Children and adults are urged to go along, take pencils, paper and something to lean on so they can ‘have a go’ at illustrating.

The session is suitable for those aged four and over and tickets, which are £12, £10 for under 16s and £40 for a family ticket (two adults and two children or one adult and three children), are available by visiting artrix.co.uk or by calling 01527 577330.
