Jewellery and cash stolen in spate of Hagley burglaries

A HAUL of jewellery and cash has been stolen during a series of burglaries in Hagley.

On July 30, between 9am and 4pm, a large amount of cash was taken from a property in Worcester Road.

On July 31, a y a Lady-Datejust Oyster steel and yellow gold Rolex watch, two bottles of Courvoisier Erte Cognac Whisky and a gold Winnie the Pooh necklace were stolen from a second address in the Worcester Road area. The burglary is believed to have occurred between 4pm and 12am.

At some point between 10am on July 31 and August 1 a watch with ‘AE Bending and Accles and Pollock 25 years long service 1966’ engraving on it was taken from a property in Worcester Road, along with five diamond and stone rings were also stolen.




Witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage of the area over those three days should contact police.

Officers also want to hear from anyone who has been offered any of the items.
