AN APPEAL has been launched to track down a Bromsgrove man who is wanted in connection with fraud.
Michael Tutt failed to appear at court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The 36 year old is white, of medium build and around 5ft 10in tall with a tattoo of a woman’s name on his neck.
He is believed to have links to Bromsgrove and Southampton.
