Man feigns illness in Hagley shop to divert staff's attention as accomplice in wheelchair steals meat

TWO men stole a quantity of meat from a convenience store in Hagley.

The pair, who were both white, struck on Monday at 7.30pm at the convenience store in Worcester Road.

The one, who had blonde/ginger hair and wore glasses, a grey coat and dark jeans, feigned illness.

The second, who was in his 40s or 50s and in a wheelchair, then stole the meat while staff were distracted by his accomplice.




The man in the wheelchair was wearing a grey hoody with white striped shoulders.

Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
