Cyclist injured after bike and car collide on the Bromsgrove Highway

A CYCLIST suffered hand and shoulder injuries after a crash between a bike and a car on the Bromsgrove Highway on Saturday, February 17.

The incident, involving the red bike and a black Renault Clio, happened on the A448 between Redditch and Bromsgrove at around 10.30pm.

The cyclist, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital for further treatment. The driver was uninjured.

Enquiries are currently ongoing but investigating officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident or people who saw the vehicles and the manner in which they were being driven prior to the collision to come forward.
