ADULTS are being invited to learn how to play tennis in a six-week course starting on Friday (April 28), writes Harry Leach.
Bromsgrove Tennis Club will teach beginners from a very basic level and work them up to become better players.
The club is putting emphasis on the ‘Tennis Xpress’ course being fun, relaxing and offering a good chance to meet new people.
They hope by the end of the course beginners will have learned how to rally, serve and score.
Luke Pettit, coach at Bromsgrove Tennis club, said: “It’s such a sociable game and is an unbelievable way of keeping fit.
“I’d encourage everyone to come and join us, no matter what level you are at.”
Racquets can be borrowed from the club and the course is £30 per person.
