Thieves broke into Rubery home before escaping with watches

Bromsgrove Editorial 21st Mar, 2017   0

A HOUSE in Rubery was left flooded after a burglary in which cash and a number of watches were stolen.

It happened between midnight on March 14 and 11.30am on Saturday (March 18) after the burglars got in by forcing a kitchen window.

They ransacked all of the rooms, found the car keys and then tried to force the garage door.

They appear to have also broken a water pipe in the loft which flooded the house, causing substantial damage.
