Drivers urged to take care on morning commute as Met Office issues fog warning

THE MET Office has issued a yellow warning for fog in the early hours of Monday and throughout the morning rush hour.

The forecast for Worcestershire is fog from 5am, through to 9am with it being widespread across the county and dense in places.

Drivers are being urged to take care on their morning commute as the fog will affect visibility.

The Met Office states: “Travel may be impacted by poor visibility, with some minor disruption expected.”




It predicts visibility will visibility be less than 100m at times, adding that the fog will slowly lift and clear from many places throughout Monday.
