BROMSGROVE fitness fanatics have raised £500 with a special charity workout morning.

The money will now be given to the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer.

In total 35 members at the Athletic Performance Training (APT) centre, Stourbridge Road, Fairfield, joined forces with creator Mark Lammas for the charity morning made up of eight all inclusive workouts.

Mark said: “It really was all inclusive as a few of our members bought their children in with them and we had the children training right alongside the adults.”
