Concerns for missing man who may be in Worcestershire

FEARS are growing for a Sandwell man who police believe may be in Worcestershire.

West Midlands Police have released this picture of Lyndon Ross who left his home in Moorlands Court, Rowley Regis, at 1.30pm yesterday (Monday), saying he was going for a walk in the Clent Hills.

He has not been seen since and his family are now extremely concerned about what has happened to him.

Sgt Ben Dolan, from West Bromwich Police, said it was completely out of character for the 39-year-old to go missing like this and as time passes without hearing from him, we are becoming increasingly worried about him.”

Lyndon is white, around 5ft 9ins tall, and of slim build. He has short, brown hair and when he went missing, he was wearing a white t-shirt, blue three-quarter length jeans, a grey hooded top and was carrying a black Nike rucksack.

“Our officers are out searching for Lyndon and we are doing all we can to find him.

“However, it is a large area and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen him while out walking on the hills in the last 24 hours.” added Sgt Dolan.

Anyone who sees Lyndon or who knows of his whereabouts have been urged to call police on 101 or alternatively, the Missing People charity on 116 000.
