RESIDENTS and staff at Bromsgrove’s Breme Residential Care Home wore their Christmas jumpers and held a special festive party.
There was everything from giant woolly Rudolph the red-nosed reindeers to jumpers with flashing Christmas lights.
The home was decorated for the season and there was Christmas music around the tree with band Evergreen, which performed a flurry of festive favourites.
Breme’s activities leader Helen Barron said: “We had so much fun at our Christmas party – there is no other time of year that you would get so much pleasure from wearing garish itchy jumpers, but we absolutely loved it and wore them with great pride.”
Cash raised on the day went to the residents’ activities fund.
