Elderly cat needs place to call home

Bromsgrove Editorial 18th Sep, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

A CAT taken into Bromsgrove Blue Cross after its one owner died and the other one went into a care home is looking for a permanent place to live.

Primmy, who is 16 years old, was taken in, along with her brother Thomas.

Sadly, Thomas became seriously ill and had to be put down, leaving Primmy all alone.

Their owners were keen supporters of the Blue Cross and had made plans for their cats to go there in the event of something happening.

Staff at the centre say she is easy going, quiet and gentle and doesn’t cause trouble at all.

She can share her new home with quiet sensible children who respect her space but give her the love she needs and she can live with another cat.

She is an ideal cat for those who work as she can be left for hours if needs be, provided she has access to the outside and is equally content with lots of attention or being left to her own devices.

• Anyone who can offer Primmy a home should call the Bromsgrove Blue Cross on 0300 777 1460.
