Man was attacked and had items stolen from his pockets in Bromsgrove street robbery

POLICE are hunting three men who assaulted and robbed another man in the street in Bromsgrove on Sunday (March 27).

It happened between 5pm and 5.30pm on Sunday (March 27) in Burcot Lane, near All Saints Church.

The victim, who was in his 40s, was approached by three men who attacked him and then stole items from his pockets.

The trio then ran off, leaving the man with minor head injuries.




Officers are particularly keen to trace some people who were in a dark red coloured car who it is believed stopped their vehicle and tried to help the victim.

Any witnesses to the incident or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
