A SPORTS massage therapist from Bromsgrove rubbed shoulders with hundreds of other triathletes in Southam last weekend.
And once again, Sam Boswell, who works for SBRMassage in Bromsgrove, produced a strong performance at the Straford Triathlon as she was the first female overall and finished with only four men ahead of her.
The event featured a 400-metre pool swim followed by a 20km undulating bike and then a 5km demanding grass run.
The race normally held in Stratford is the largest pool based Triathlon in the UK with more than 420 finishers so Boswell was thrilled to win this event.
Boswell, who is sponsored by Elliott Nash Limited, has been able to enter more races this year which seems to be paying off for her and she said she hoped to continue through the race season and build on her success.
