TOMORROW has been dubbed ‘Super Saturday’ at Bromsgrove Hockey Club after the Ladies 1st XI sealed back-to-back promotions last weekend.
The women have won 18 of their 21 matches this season in the Midlands Hockey League Division 1 and will be returning to the Midlands Premier Division.
The match against Towcester starts at 4pm but – in recognition of the occasion – the women are hoping all members of the other five men’s and women’s teams, along with others with an interest in the sport, will go along to show their support.
From 3pm, there will be a barbecue and pitchside entertainment to give the end of season extravaganza a real festival feel.

Bromsgrove Hockey Club has plenty of activities planned in the coming months , including a ‘Back to Hockey’ six-week programme for those wanting to return to the sport.
