SANTIAGO COLTS under-16s booked their place in the final of the Trophy Cup with a hard-fought victory over Kingfisher.

Remy Gordan had given the Colts the lead before man of the match Jonaldine Mabika doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time.

Despite conceding in the second half, Colts held out to book their place in the final.

Lickey under-18s were bundled out of the Presidents Shield by a clinical Sutton Coldfield Town outfit who romped to a 4-9 victory.




The under-12 Lions were involved in a top of the table clash against FC Premier with both sides sharing the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

Harry Neal got on the scoresheet for Lions.


Under-13 Superstars succumbed to their second defeat of the season, but remain top, following a 5-2 defeat to CCC.

Josh Donaghey and Louis Wetherill netted for Superstars.

The under-14 Lions enjoyed a 4-1 victory over Kings Norton United thanks to goals from George Whitehouse, Stewart Greenhalgh, James Hughes and Louis Hendrix.

The under-14 Girls claimed a narrow 2-1 victory over Walsall Wood courtesy of a brace from Toyah Spoor.

There was also success for the under-15 Colts as they enjoyed a 6-3 victory over Kings Heath Warriors.

New signing Bradley Cutler bagged himself a hat-trick, Alex Murphy bagged a brace with Charlie Linden scoring a header to complete the Colts’ scoring.

The under-12 Crusaders succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against Boldmere Falcons with Harry Irvine netting the home side’s only goal of the game.

After having only nine fit players on the field by the second half, the under-17 goals were unfortunate to lose 2-0 against Castle Juniors.

The under-14 Knights also suffered with a nine-man squad as they lost 7-2 to Bordesley Rovers.

Dan Handley scored both goals for Knights.

The under-14 Sirens lost 4-0 to Sutton United, while the under-14 Shamrocks were defeated 4-1 by Bartley Reds.

Chris Garegthy scored Shamrocks’ solitary goal.
