Rouslers achievements celebrated at annual Bromsgrove Sporting awards evening

BROMSGROVE Sporting held their annual awards evening last Friday, where a number of players were honoured for their achievements throughout the Rouslers successful 2018/19 season.

Goalkeeper Jono Brown was named the Player of the Month for May, after winning man-of-the-match in both play-off games, whilst the Fans Player of the Season went to the now departed Jason Cowley.

Nathan Hayward meanwhile won the Supporters’ Society Player of the Season for his effective displays in the centre of the park, also winning the Players’ Player of the Season.

He also shared the Managers’ Player of the Season award with Josh Quaynor – a player who won the award for Most Assists, whilst Richard Gregory won the Top Goalscorer accolade across all competitions.




Jack Wilson won the ‘Player who most impressed the Directors’ award, and also shared the Sponsors’ Player of the Season with Hayward.

Jake Marsden won the U18 Player of the Season, with Rob Birch winning the Chairman’s Special Award, while Brendan Kelly and Graham Scott presented the Special Thanks Award to chairman Mike Burke.
