MEMBERS of Bromsgrove Gymnastics Club scooped plenty of medals at the Regional Floor and Vault Competition in Stoke-on-Trent.
More than 1,000 gymnasts took part in the competition on Sunday which saw attendees perform a floor routine as well as two vaults.
Bromsgrove’s U9 Beginner Girls lead the way with team gold and bronze as well as a hat-trick of individuals for Isabella Davies (1st), Jessica Preston (2nd) and Leah Paice (3rd).
The U9 Beginner Boys won team silver with George Moore claiming individual gold and Toby Hickman-Smith securing the bronze.
It was a silver medal for the U9 Mixed Beginners team while the U11 Beginner Girls also scooped up second placed.
Lily Paice won individual gold and Isobel Miskin claimed bronze.
The U11 Beginner Mixed secured team goal while Milo Boffey won individual gold for the U11 Beginner Boys.
Elsewhere, Sameul Jackson was awarded a bronze medal for his performance in the U13 Beginner Boys category.
Andrea Paice, head coach at Bromsgrove Gymnastics Club, said: “I am extremely proud of the hard work the gymnasts have put in and it has clearly paid off.”
