TIM Flowers felt Bromsgrove Sporting found a way to lose after slipping to a narrow defeat at Kettering Town.
The Rouslers remain winless on the road since September after Ben Isaacson’s goal on the stroke of half time settled the contest at Latimer Park
The result means Bromsgrove sit 17th in the Southern League Premier Central table, two points clear of the relegation zone.
And Flowers could not hide his frustration at the nature of the goal his side conceded.
Flowers said: “We’re so naive at times. We find ourselves in trouble when we’re in their attacking third.
“We don’t lock the ball into areas well enough and we get counter attacked.
“We didn’t ask enough questions of them in the first half.
“The goal comes from our throw, it’s a poor throw, they win a free-kick, everyone knows who they’re marking and their player has got a free header.
“It’s an absolutely horrendous goal to concede right on half time. Physically we’re a big side and we get mugged off.
“We end up finding a way to lose a game again. It’s absolutely criminal.
“In a game we should take something from we find a way not to.
“We need to stop making ridiculous individual decisions and errors because it absolutely kills you.
“We’ve got to start scoring goals and stop making elementary errors.”
The home side took the lead moments before the break when Isaacson headed a free-kick from the right back across goal and into the net to put Kettering ahead.
Bromsgrove are next in action against Stourbridge on Saturday, March 14 with kick-off at 3pm at the Victoria Ground.
